The Healing issue, OUT NOW

Our 6th issue is here. It is a beautiful compilation of words and visuals by Black womxn and non-binary Black folx around, expressing how we have sought out healing in ourselves, in others, in art, in food, through heartbreak, through time and through patience. It is an ode to us, our labour and our healing. This issue is a space of solace dedicated to the rest and peace of those who need it most, and a space which loudly honours, especially under this current climate, the contributions of Black womxn on the frontline, past, present and future.

A percentage of each sale will go towards the organisation FOR THE GWORLS, who raise money to assist with Black trans folks’ rent and affirmative surgery.

“Through all the changes and adjustments and the underlining gravity of the world situation, healing has had to be a constant backdrop of it all. How we choose to heal has morphed and grown and elongated. We have to welcome it, choose it.” – Zoe Thompson, editor.
